Our Story

Every path deserves companionship.

PathWalk Housing was born from a simple belief: no one should have to walk life’s path alone, or struggle to find affordable housing options that feel like home.

Instead of sterile facilities or expensive short-term stays, what if people had real homes? Homes filled with warmth, shared meals, familiar faces, and the freedom to live independently without being alone.

That vision became PathWalk Housing: a network of thoughtfully designed co-living homes for seniors, veterans, and others in need of both independence and belonging. Our homes are furnished, safe, and welcoming which is a true alternative to traditional rentals, built for connection, dignity, and care. We intentionally match residents based on shared interests, values, and lifestyles to help foster connection, comfort, and community.

Whether it’s a love for gardening, music, faith, or morning coffee on the porch, we believe that common ground is where friendships bloom and where houses become homes.

PathWalk Housing isn’t just where people live. It’s where they thrive, laugh, feel safe, and walk life’s path together.
